Important Tips

  1. Passport / visa: A valid permit is required for many areas in Nepal, which we’ll obtain upon your arrival. we’ll require two working days and two passports size photographs. There are two major permits, which are park permits and special regional permits for restricted area permits (Upper Mustang, Manaslu, Dolpa, etc.).
  2. During whole trip, keep the changes of Nepalese Currency. During the trek, you won’t need it for the main meals. But for the side meals and drinks(soft/hard) , you will need the Nepalese Currency.
  3. Altitude sickness a significant consideration if you’re climbing or trekking in Nepal and it’s essential that you simply investigate the causes, symptoms, and treatment of hypoxia before you visit Nepal. There are approximately three deaths per annum in Nepal from hypoxia , but with the proper precautions, there’s no reason why you ought to become one among these statistics.
  4. Booking Condition : Himalayan Yoga Academy ( Tour Organizer ) has such a payment option to book your program in advanceand as our office rule, 20% of the total amount should be an advance without your sending services charge.
  5. Cancellation: Once you book High Altitude Yoga Camp, your trip deposit or full amount won’t be refunded. if the trip is cancelled by the Himalayan Yoga Academy, then the 100% of payment will be refunded.
  6. Travel Insurance : Travel insurance is an important part of the trekking and any other adventure activities. If you are going higher than 2700 meters, high altitude symptoms start to be seen. In the remote countryside, there are no facilitated hospitals that can care the emergency situations. Having travel insurance helps you to trek confidently and if there is required of emergency evacuation, Heli rescue is necessary. You should do insurance regarding the high altitude of your trekking destination from your country.
  7. Dress Code :  Yoga – Please bring leggings or very loose trousers with stretch. For trekking, you may choose your easy trekking clothings. Please bring scarf as it will help a lot protecting your neck from cold.
